Mutual TLS RequiredDo not forget that to call this resource, you must use mutual TLS with your eIDAS certificate with mandates for PSD2. Just using the OAuth 2.0 access token is not sufficient.
Checks if there is a sufficient balance on an account identified by an IBAN.
The service can return two values in the response attribute:

APPR | Sufficient balance - There is a sufficient balance on the specified account to carry the payment of the provided amount (in provided currency). |
DECL | Insufficient balance - The balance on the specified account is not sufficient to carry the payment of the provided amount (in provided currency). |
